Situation

This was a full cycle implementation. We utilized 5 different pay solutions that had to be converted into Dayforce Workforce Management and Payroll. We also moved from 4 different companies merging into Dayforce to consolidate business practices, policies and procedures. Dayforce HCM, Payroll, Time, Advanced WFM Modules, Compensation Management, Talent Modules all implemented.

Solution​

The NOLA team was instrumental in getting all products live on time. They were able to convert data from 3 different systems into DF for approximately 5000 EEs. The NOLA Group assisted us with understanding the future state to configure Dayforce appropriately. The NOLA team also provided best practices & staff augmentation to the NexTier team in all areas of the implementation including but not limited to project management, requirements gathering, solution design, data conversion, testing and go live support.
