Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly payrolls including but not limited to base pay, stock compensation, commissions, bonuses, pension, statutory and supplemental benefits
  • Analyzes payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness, inputs and balances payroll data accurately, processes payroll, and reviews/analyzes payroll reports for accuracy and timely distribution to clients.
  • Create new payroll codes if needed, provide and run reports
  • Support clients with Benefits and 401K payroll elections imports
  • Monitor the delivery of payroll interfaces
  • Oversight of payroll tax deposits and filings utilizing system reconciliation of payroll taxes, other payroll deductions, and payroll balance sheet accounts
  • Develop, manage, and execute payroll year end processes and project plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience with ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or UKG (UltiPro/Kronos)
  • 5+ years’ experience with HR Payroll

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and guidance on the overall use of ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) functionality
  • Obtain the requirements and creating design documents
  • Configure the system and perform knowledge transfer to client
  • Quality control of business requirements and validate solutions along with client
  • Defines data import strategy and responsible for data imports
  • Completes assigned tasks – such as data preparations (cleansing, mapping etc.)
  • Work seamlessly with project team and leadership and reports to the NOLA project team on assigned project tasks, issues, risks, and escalations
  • Provides feedback for any cross sell/upsell opportunities
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Discuss needs, gaps, goals, and accomplishments to team and management
  • Adopt a systemic approach to optimize problem-solving strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience with ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or UKG (UltiPro/Kronos)
  • 5+ years’ experience with HCM Implementation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in parallel

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact during implementation
  • Manages scope, timeline, and budget of the project
  • Creates and keeps the project schedule to ensure the project is tracking appropriately
  • Conducts status meetings and delivers status reports
  • Manages resources and first point of escalation for risks/issues and its resolution
  • Reports to the NOLA project team on issues, risks, and escalations
  • Manages consulting resources on project budget /timeline, scope and risk management plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, demonstrated success in leading medium to large scale projects
  • 7+ years with ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or UKG (UltiPro/Kronos)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Experienced with budget management, risk management and operations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide input and development contributions to the tooling and infrastructure that will simplify the adoption of clients’ API Life Cycle Management process

  • Manage multiple APIs deployed in production and assist with integrations where required

  • Research fundamental problems and implement appropriate algorithmic solutions

  • Profile and analyze APIs developing suggestions and solutions to any performance or scalability issues

  • Design new features, implementing new features, fixing issues that are discovered in the existing code base, and doing code reviews

  • Work  with stakeholders, technology team leadership and subject matter experts to analyze, design, build and implement APIs needed within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Understand creation and deployment of API led design strategy, API usage framework, and project team API enablement guidance as a core member of the service delivery team.
  • Effectively communicates project expectations, issues, risks, and decisions to project team and business stakeholder related to API implementation
  • Expertise with implementing APIs based on architecture guidelines and framework related to logging, authentication, security, error recovery etc.
  • Capable of API delivery end to end which includes Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery of API(s).
