Situation

NOLA was chosen a few years back, as the Payroll Manager left HOYA and we did not have all the knowledge she had.  NOLA is great at helping us fix all issues in Ceridian/Dayforce items they helped us on, to name a few:

  • PTO Plan Changed
  • Setting up New Divisions (from Acquisitions and Buys)
  • Reporting
  • Everyone at NOLA has all the Ceridian/Dayforce knowledge to help us keep our payrolls processing correctly.
